ABOUT JOHN GARCIA, ASID

John Arnold Garcia, ASID is a well-known and respected individual in the Southern California design and construction community. He specializes in project coordination as the owner's representative for the design of custom built residences throughout ocean front Southern California, as well as projects spanning from Hawaii to New York City.

In 1983, John graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Exhibition Design, Museum Curation and Planning.

John Arnold Garcia, Inc. was formed in February of 1989. At its conception, office planning became a primary emphasis on his project profile. Residential construction projects have been the focus since 1993. He has completed residential projects in excess of 18,000 square feet, and exceeding $1,500 per square foot in construction costs.
